EasyPrice (“we”, “us”) operates the EasyPrice mobile application and the website at easyprice.vip (collectively, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in (including Google Sign-In if enabled).
- Collection & inventory data — cards you add, quantities, prices, show inventory, wishlists, and related metadata you enter in the app.
- Camera & photos — when you scan cards, images are processed on your device to identify cards. We do not upload scan photos in production Play Store builds unless you opt into diagnostic features in a development build.
- Location — only if you enable vendor proximity or location-based alerts; we request permission before collecting location.
- Push notifications — a device token (FCM) so we can send alerts you subscribe to (wishlist, inventory, show tools).
- Bluetooth — when you connect a label printer, the app uses Bluetooth to send print jobs; we do not store unrelated device data.
- Payment — subscriptions are completed on our website via Stripe. We store your plan tier linked to your account email; card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
- Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, errors) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- Provide card pricing, scanning, collection, and vendor/show tools.
- Authenticate you and sync data across devices signed into the same account.
- Send notifications you opt into.
- Improve scan accuracy and product features (aggregated or de-identified where possible).
- Process subscriptions and support requests.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example cloud hosting, Firebase/Google for authentication and push delivery, Stripe for payments, and card pricing data providers), when required by law, or with your direction (for example making inventory public if you enable that feature).
Retention
We keep account and inventory data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
- Disable location tracking and push notifications in Profile settings.
- Manage public inventory visibility in Profile.
- Delete your account or request data export by emailing support.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
